Local Tours
Travel to local staging sites to begin an adventure, hiking (based on individual abilities) walking trails leading to significant destinations. The Spoken stories along the way reveal ancient travel by Stó:lō peoples and gold rush prospectors. Included in these experiences are Lakes, hot springs, fossil/artifact explorations Fraser River tours/sturgeon fishing.

Eco Therapy
Fly up to where indigenous peoples travelled to gather medicines, using traditional cultural framework that has been an instrument to address stress and trauma, for thousands of years to date. Primarily the sweat lodge and nature based medicines, the word "medicine" used to indicate what it takes for each individual to help them on their journey to manage recovery.
For thousands of years Indigenous peoples have utilized what they needed from nature to provide and apply appropriate treatment for physical/psychological injuries. Today, and most recently, modern science has proven and supported what First Nations people have traditionally practiced. This experience is but a link for each participant to find this medicine on their path of healing.
To support individuals dealing with trauma, perspective members for this experience should be in stable health overall in order to participate in a sweat lodge experience, this experience is catered to the comfort and consideration of the participants, and to respect each ones strengths and weaknesses during the ceremony.
Identify root situations that may have impacted the individuals. as an example, natural disasters, accidents, terrorism, and trauma related incidents that have resulted in physical/psychological injuries

Fire Lake
Located below Fire Mountain on an island is the original prospectors cabin of 1890's. Plan to spend time here with your personal guide during the day or night and experience part of the gold rush fever living history. Fishing and camping on this island is exclusive and private.
